Add a link to your SecureInbox to your email signature in Microsoft Outlook.

Encourage your clients and contacts to send you sensitive information and files through your SenditCertified SecureInbox.  Contacts don’t need to be a subscriber to safely send a SenditCertified subscriber an encrypted message or file.  Provide your SenditCertified SecureInbox link to your contacts so they can easily send you encrypted messages. Offering your SecureInbox helps you protect your client data and stay in compliance with privacy regulations, including HIPAA.

To access your SecureInbox address, log into your SenditCertified account and go to the “options” tab. Then, select “SecureInbox.”
